Originally from Nottingham, Amy moved away from her hometown in 2005 when she met Malcolm and they founded the company together in 2009.
Amy set to work on building our first website and this ultimately led to our current SEO marketing strategy. Amongst her other responsibilities, Amy oversees our Customer Care Team which both onboards new clients and keeps in touch with our existing ones, ongoing relationships with clients are highly important to us.
Outside of work, Amy is a keep-fit enthusiast who regularly takes on arduous challenges.
Malcolm is one of the UK's most well-known and respected Mortgage Advisors. He is passionate about providing a 5* customer experience and he has also trained and mentored dozens of fellow Advisors in a career that is now in its third decade.
In addition to his day to day duties as Managing Director, Malcolm still gives out mortgage advice and feels lucky that his job is also very much his hobby.
He's a regular mortgage market commentator on TV, Radio, Youtube and online. Away from work he enjoys holidays with his family.

Dinah was fantastic throughout our whole process. Really, we have been speaking on and off for about 4 months until we eventually felt ready and out an offer in on the property we're buying. She answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they seemed and made the process a lot less stressful with us being first time buyers. She gave advice related to not just our mortgage but all the protection as well as making offers, questions to ask estate agents and explaining the whole buying process. Joe then helped us with the actual mortgage application who was also super helpful and luckily everything went through very quickly! We'd highly recommend MoneyMan and I'm sure we'll be using them in the future.

As first-time buyers we've had a great experience with UK Money Man, especially with Jason Loft + Stacey Moss. They have been so helpful and really explained everything in detail and made the whole mortgage process feel very stress-free with no pressure either. I recommend Leedsmoneyman and their services. I came to moneyman to buy my first home and had nothing but positive experiences with every member of the team, from getting my mortgage in principal, to sorting my protection insurance cover and right up until completion. Jason went above and beyond to answer all my questions from the very start, and gave me so many mortgage options and advise - even at times when I could only assume was outside of normal office hours. I was also later assisted by Amy and Louise who again, made sure all my queries were handled quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the professionalism, quick responses and good communication of Dinah and Louise. They made my remortgaging experience a smooth ride as I had to deal with Help to buy loan. I am self employed so the lander wanted lots of documents (a year worth of weekly payslips). They also assisted in getting my life insurance and income protection plan at a very good monthly rates.
