We’re very proud of the mortgage advice service we provide. We’ll help and support you through the process of Buying or Remortgaging your home. Also, we’ll put your best interests at the heart of our business and always aim to exceed your service expectations.
Here’s how our service works in practice:
Speed of service
We find out customers want a quick and responsive service – we get that. We won’t keep you hanging around and don’t worry, we’ll always take your calls and return your messages.
Here, we’ll get to know you better and establish your goals. During your free consultation, we’ll also gather some information about your situation to provide you with the trusted mortgage advice you need.
Dedicated mortgage advisor
Taking out a mortgage is a big deal and with us, you’ll have your own dedicated mortgage advisor on your side to guide you through the process. Your mortgage advisor will also be able to answer any questions you have, right from your initial contact through to completion and beyond.
Agreement in principle
If you’re happy to proceed with the mortgage recommendation from your advisor, we’ll produce an Agreement in Principle for you. This involves a credit check to see if you qualify for the recommended deal. Don’t worry, we won’t do this without your permission.
Once this is done we’re halfway home, all that remains is for our team to collect all the necessary paperwork.
Keeping you protected
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority are part of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Talking of protection, we can also recommend suitable insurance for you to ensure you are covered against unforeseen events such as being unable to work.
If you are wanting to discuss a new or existing mortgage, it’d be great to hear from you.
